Private lessons:: 1 hour per session with Frank Allen is available by appointment at $85 per person for memners, $100 for non-members.

A Note to New Students: Compare to the world just start to go "Paperless", we are so much advanced...We never have a paper contract to sign for people who interested in studying internal martial arts. Only your passion for martial arts and good health makes you come to practice the arts - that worth to do forever... And, you are very welcome to come to watch a class (if you'd like to) before your journey of studying Internal Martial Arts.
A Note on Our Location: 
First of all, look for New York's historic buildings on the 2nd Ave., between�st and E. Houston Street. The address of the entrance to the studio used to be 7 1/2, now it says 9. It can be recognized by the fact that it is two doors to your right from Avalon Chemist, and across street of E. Houston from the "Whole Foods" market. When you arrive here to attend the classes or workshops, please call us at (212) 533-1751 from either your cell phone or the pay-phone on corners of the street, someone will let you in because this location has stood here for more than a hundred years without a doorbell.
