Thank you for coming to visit my page.  Some of you know me very well but for those who dontI appreciate your interest in me and my background.

Master Frank Allen has been my teacher, mentor and friend since 1995.  From the first moment I set foot into the Wu Tang Physical Culture Association (P.C.A.) I knew that it was a special place; a great community of martial artists who work hard, play hard and support each other.  At the Wu Tang equal attention is paid to meditation and cultivation of Qi (energy) as it is to fighting techniques.  Frank is always learning material which he passes on to his students without hesitation.  It is with all this in mind that I state it was a true honor to become one of his first 9 disciples on the auspicious date of 09/09.

It all started in 1995 when my friend Tina Zhang brought me to the Wu Tang to take Fighting for Health classes together.  I also studied Womens Qi Gong with Mary Ochoa, who was kind enough to train me as an apprentice. By 1996 I caught the Ba Gua bug and havent looked back.  Since then I have learned many Ba Gua forms or as Frank calls them, textbooks.  Most recently, I have been developing my studies of Liu Jing Rus Ba Gua systems, thanks to Franks annual trips to Beijing.  I hope to return to Beijing with Frank and Tina one day.

My time as an apprentice and instructor at the Wu Tang has been very rewardingliterally!  I medaled in tournaments and was the Internal Female Grand Champion at the USAWKF 1998 NYC Summer Bash.  Most rewarding, however, are the certifications I have earned from apprenticing with Frank:

1998    Fighting for Health Boxing & Kickboxing Instructor

2000    Qi Gong, Wu Taiji 16 Form Instructor

2000    Bagua Zhang, Daoist Meditation Assistant Instructor

2005    Bagua Zhang Assistant Instructor

2011   Earth Qi Gong for Women Instructor

I now live in Frederick, Maryland with my husband and fellow Disciple Tom Majarov.  We both attend classes at Pat Hancocks Body Balance Healing Arts in Clarksburg, MD, where I am one of the Tai Ji Quan Instructors.  I also periodically hold Qi Gong, Womens Qi Gong and Tai Ji workshops in the area.

Tom and I continue to return to New York to study with Frank via his workshops, private lessons and we never miss his summer retreats in the mountains.  Please check back on this page periodically for updates and upcoming classes.

P.S.  It would be a disservice not to mention my other teachers who have dedicated so much of their time over the years towards my development.  I offer many thanks to Master Domingo Colon and Sifu Pat Hancock.  A timeline of my related studies is below:
