          The 8 Double Palm Changes of the Classical Cheng Style Ba Gua Zhang 64 Palms Set presents variations the multiple strike strategy of the Double Palm Change along with an edge of soft and heavy yin/earth energy that both sinks down and draws inward. This is a section of the famed 64 Palms which are a comprehensive study of the strategies, energies, movement variations and techniques of Cheng Style Ba Gua's 8 Basic Palm Changes.

         Each section of the 64 Palms is an insular study of the variations and characteristics of that particular palm change and a study of any section of this set will both introduce beginning Ba Gua students to the multiple variants of each palm change and deepen the understanding of more advanced Ba Gua students to the myriad possibilities with in their art. Martial, Energetic and Yi Jing Aspects of each of the 8 Double Palm Changes will be taught within this workshop which will enhance the training of All Practitioners of the art of Ba Gua Zhang.
